GSC operations are housed in properly secured and fire protected spacious facilities with room to grow. GSC offers scale-up capabilities from small lab size batches to large production batches. We can handle liquids ranging from thin to highly viscous. Validated deionized water is used in all of our processes. Our cleaning and sanitizing procedures are fully validated. We employ state of the art equipment for production, assembly, labs and product stability studies. The equipment is maintained by trained personnel.
We also offer warehousing services for customer owned raw materials and components. Inventory is maintained and tracked on our computerized ERP system. Customers are provided status reports every month. Using our Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system, we make sure our lead times and on-time delivery performance are among the best in the industry.
