Livermore, CA May 6, 2009 — G.S. COSMECEUTICAL USA, Inc. held a festive ‘Cinco de Mayo’ anniversary luncheon, marking the Livermore, California based contract manufacturer’s eleventh year in business.

WASHINGTON D.C., October 15, 2008 — G.S. Cosmeceutical USA, Inc. has been selected for the 2008 Best of Livermore Award in the Cosmetics category by the U.S. Local Business Association (USLBA).

Livermore, Calif. – The anti-aging skincare contract manufacturing and private label company recently completed the first phase of TCG’s 12-step process – the Green Prepare program. The program is designed to help companies become greener. It is the brainchild of Clare Munn, CEO of the San Francisco-based digital marketing firm The Communication Group which helped launch G.S. Cosmeceutical’s new website in April 2008.

Livermore, CA – Cinco de Mayo was celebrated at G.S. Cosmeceutical USA, Inc. (GSC www.gscos.com) today as its 10th anniversary. GSC commenced operations on May 5, 1998 before moving to a larger facility in Hayward, California. In 2001, the operations were shifted to its current location at 131 Pullman Street in Livermore. The event was marked by a company lunch, music and other festivities befitting the occasion. Employees were given commemorative gifts as tokens of appreciation by the owners.

Livermore, CA – G.S. Cosmeceutical USA, Inc. (GSC www.gscos.com) has completed the acquisition of an additional building across the parking lot from its headquarters and main plant at 131 Pullman Street to support the strong growth which the company continues to experience. The additional facility will be referred to as 115 Pullman. This expands GSC’s operations to 60,000 square feet including warehousing space. Another 35,000 square feet space is readily available for future needs
